Asha Laghubitta announces Special General Meeting to be held today

Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will be conducting its special general meeting to be today at its central office, Kakani-6, Nuwakot. The 45th meeting of the board of directors had decided on the SGM to be held for the discussion of the following agendas.
The main agendas for the special general meeting are:
- Proposal for the increment of authorized capital from Rs 10 crore to Rs 20 crore by issuing 100% right shares.
- Amendment of the memorandum of association.
- For providing authority to the board members for the amendment of the provisions in memorandum of association.
The paid up capital of the microfinance stands at Rs 7 crore with Rs 1.36 crore in the reserve.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 26.77 lakh in the second quarter of the current fiscal year.
