Arun Kabeli Power has virtually convened its 10th AGM for the FY 2076-77 on Mangsir 22, 2077 under the leadership of its chairperson Mr. Guru Prashad Neupane.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 5.71% bonus shares and 0.29% cash dividend to the shareholders, as per the media statement.
