Arun Kabeli Power Company convenes 9th AGM; chairman promises to provide dividend from next fiscal year
Arun Kabeli Power Company has convened its 9th AGM on Poush 15, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Guru Prasad Neupane.
The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports of the previous fiscal year after discussion. The AGM has appointed G. Paudel and Associates as the external auditor for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
