Are you interested in one more FPO? Citizens Bank International's upcoming FPO at Rs 200

SEBON has approved the FPO for Citizens Bank International (CZBIL). The bank has been approved to issue 4 lakh 68 thousand units FPO at the premium of Rs 200.

The bank requires an amount worth Rs 9 crore 27 lakh from the FPO among which Rs 4 crore 63 lakhs will be added in the paid up capital while the rest will be taken to reserve and surplus.

The bank has already met the required paid up capital as per the directive given by Nepal Rastra Bank. The purpose of this issue is to maintain the public-promoter shareholder ratio of 51:49. The LTP of the bank is at Rs 233.
