Araniko dev. to distribute 5% Bonus Share Certificate from today

Araniko Development Bank limited (ARDBL)is distributing 5% Bonus Share Certificate to its shareholders from today (Shrawan 10).

The development bank 9th AGM held on Chait 25 had endorsed 5% stock dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year 2070/71.

The share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday at its RTS, Siddhartha Capital Limited located at Babarmahal, Kathmandu .

The company has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers.
