Arambha Microfinance in merger and acquisition mood; SGM authorizes board to initiate merger and acquisition process with relevant institutions

Arambha Microfinance has conducted its Special General Meeting on Baisakh 26, 2076 under the leadership of chairman Mr. Dipak Tiwari.

The SGM has authorized the board to initiate any merger and acquisition process with other institutions and to conduct DDA and initiate other necessary steps for the possible merger process.

The SGM was also attended by board members Mr. Parag Khadka, Mr. Santosh Pokhrel, Mr. Tanka Prasad Upreti, Ms. Rita Gautam and Mr. Bhimsen Gautam among other shareholders.
