Arambha Chautari Laghubitta conducts 3 days personality development training for 35 senior-level employees; aims to build much-needed skill in its employees

Arambha Chautari Laghubitta has conducted a three day Leadership Development Training at Dhulikhel from Falgun 27 to 29, 2077. The training event was attended by 35 different senior level staffs of the microfinance. The training event was inaugurated by chairman of microfinance Mr. Jagat Bahadur Pokharel.

The training event was facilitated by CA Mr. Durga Prashad Gyawali, CEO of Swabhalamban Laghubitta Mr. Bhojraj Bashyal, CEO of Gramin Bikas Laghubitta Mr. Parbat Kumar Karki, CEO of First Microfinance Laghubitta Mr. Veshraj Panthi, CEO of Citizens Life Insurance Mr. Posak Raj Paudel, Professor of Pokhara University Mr. Santosh Pokharel, and Measurement specialist Mr. Lekhnath Dahal.

The microfinance currently has its presence in 52 districts via 133 branches and serves more than 75K rural households.
