Api Power Limited net profits increase to Rs.7.73 Crore till Q4; income from power sale increases to Rs.17.87 Crore

Api Power Limited (API) has earned Rs 7.73 crore in net profit by fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2075-76.

As per the unaudited financial report, the hydropower company has earned Rs 17.87 crore by selling electricity alone and Rs 81.81 lakh from other sources taking the profit growth to 24% compared to the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year.

The paid up capital of the company stands at Rs.1.19 Arba while the reserves stands at Rs.8.06 Crore. The long term borrowings of the company increased to Rs.1.73 Arba by the end of the fourth quarter.

Api Power has reported EPS of Rs 6.49 and net worth per share of Rs 106.77. The P/E ratio was reported at 22.02 times.

The company currently operates 8.5 MW Naugad Ghat project and is soon linking 8 more MW of power to the national grid. It is also undertaking the construction of 40 MW Upper Chameliya project
