Another massive right issuance in the making; SGM of Prudential Insurance approves proposal to issue 60% right shares

Prudential Insurance has convened its SGM on Asad 10, 2076. The SGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to issue 60% right shares to its shareholders in order to meet the paid up requirement of Insurance Board.
After the issuance of the proposed right shares on its existing paid up capital of Rs 64.15 crore, its paid up value shall scale up to Rs 1.02 arba thereby meeting the requirement set for the non-life insurance companies.
