Annual General Meetings of three companies stand cancelled until further notice; find out which ones

After the government directed to avoid gathering of more than 25 people to prevent the pandemic from spreading, three companies have postponed their AGM until further notice.

Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has scheduled the 71^st AGM of the company on Chaitra 21, 2076. Similarly, Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WOMI) had scheduled 8^th AGM on Chaitra 16, 2076. And, Development Bankers’ Association had scheduled the 14^th AGM on Chaitra 21, 2076.

The AGMs have been delayed until further notice.
