Annapurna Machha Dana Udhyog Limited Holds First AGM, Approves New Board and IPO Plan for Future Growth

Annapurna Machha Dana Udhyog Limited (AMDU), a rising leader in modern fish feed manufacturing in Nepal, held its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) at its Chitwan production site. The meeting highlighted AMDU’s growing role in strengthening the aquaculture sector through reliable, locally produced feed supported by experienced promoters and Team Ventures.

Chairman Anil Krishna Shrestha shared the company’s expanding national presence and increasing demand for quality domestic feed, backed by a modern European-technology facility with a 33,500 metric ton annual capacity. The AGM approved a new Board headed by incoming Chairperson Niranjan Thapa and endorsed initiating an IPO process to support future growth, enhance transparency, and widen ownership.
