Annapurna Machha Dana Udhyog Appoints Laxmi Sunrise Capital for Public Share Issuance

Annapurna Machha Dana Udhyog Limited has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager to offer 1,009,531 ordinary shares at Rs. 100 each, raising Rs. 10.09 crore from the public. The agreement was signed on Poush 29, 2082, by CEO Yash Puri of the company and CEO Bijaya Lal Shrestha of Laxmi Sunrise Capital.

The company, a leading fish feed producer in Nepal using European technology, supplies high-quality feed across all provinces and supports fish farmers with technical guidance. Strategic institutional investment of Rs. 216.8 million has strengthened the company’s governance, expansion, and reduced import dependency, preparing it for a successful public market entry.
