Nepal Bankers' Association has appealed to the general public to follow some precautionary measures during the height of this Covid-19 pandemic.

Nepal Bankers' Association has requested the general public to use mobile/internet banking for banking transactions, most of which can be done online. Common activities like balance transfer, bill payment, details inquiry can be done online without physically visiting the respective bank.

Furthermore, the association also requests the public to inquire about lost/forgotten passwords, technical issues, or transaction-related queries via the phone.
