Alpine Dev Bank conducts financial literacy programs in ‘Thaha Festival’

Alpine Development Bank Ltd has started ‘Financial Literacy Program’ on the sideline of ‘Thaha Festival’ which has kicked off at Daman from Thursday.

The bank has also been participating as an official bank of the festival. According to a statement from the bank, it will organize various activities during the festival as part of its financial literacy program.

It will distribute pamphlets, video shows and money quiz, among others, to encourage people by teaching them about the meaning, importance and way of saving along with being self entrepreneur by utilizing skill and capacity.

Though Daman, Palung, Bajrabarahi, Tistung, Chitlang, Markhu and other places of Makwanpur are endowed with natural beauty, the lack of infrastructure and advertisement have not been able to draw much attention.

Alpine has opened its branch offices at Daman and Bajrabarahi to contribute in the economic development of these places, said the bank in its statement.
