Allotment process of 10% Prabhu Bank Debenture 2084 concludes; valid 1891 out of total 2308 general investors receive 3.79 lakh unit debentures

Nabil Investment Banking, the issue manager of 10% Prabhu Bank Debenture 2084 has concluded the allotment process of the issued debenture.

As per the media statement, out of 2,308 applicants, only 1,891 valid applicants were allotted with 3,79,134 unit debentures.

Likewise, the issue manager has informed that total 15,80,866 unit debentures were allotted to the total 45 valid applicants who had submitted their application in a private placement quota.

Per the regulation, 5% of the issue i.e. 40 thousand unit debentures were allotted to the different mutual fund schemes, as further stated in the media statement.

The bank had issued its debentures from Shrawan 19 to 23, 2077 which had received a positive response from the investors.
