Alliance Insurance to change its name to Prabhu Insurance

The annual general meeting of Alliance Insurance Company Limited has decided to change its name to Prabhu Insurance Company Limited. The AGM also approves the agenda to distribute 12 percent bonus share to its shareholders.
The company paid up capital rises to Rs 28.38 crore after the adjustment of bonus share. The company has earned Rs 5.85 crore in last FY 2070/71.
