Alliance insurance schedules AGM on poush 18: 12.63% dividend to approve

Alliance insurance company (AIC) is going to hold its 19th Annual General Meeting on Poush 28, 2071; which will endorse 12 percent bonus share and 0.63 cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The annual general meeting is schedule to venue at Alliance complex, Tinkune , Kathmandu  at 1 PM on poush 25, 2071. Bank has also announced its book closure date on Poush 3 to Poush 18.

Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71. Company has proposed “Prabhu Insurance Company” as a new name.  Prabhu Group had recently purchased around 40 percent shares from BK Shrestha and his group.  As Prabhu has become a major share holder, company has decided to change its name accordingly.

In the previous year, Company offered 12.5 percent bonus.
