Alliance Insurance auctioning 7,008 units of unsubscribed rights shares; Kartki 3 deadline for bidding

Alliance Insurance Company Ltd is selling its 7,008 units of unsubscribed rights shares through the auction.

The insurance company has sought bidding from the interested individual or firms for the auction of the shares. The aforementioned units of shares were left unsubscribed when the company had issued rights shares on Ashoj 19.
 
The company has set Rs 100 as the minimum bidding price for the per unit share.

Interested investor can bid minimum 100 units shares while the investor can apply for the maximum share that is multiplied by 10.

According to the notice published by the insurance company, interested investor should submit the bidding form at NMB Capital- the issue manager—by Kartik 3.

The auction of the shares will be held on Kartki 4.
