Ajod Insurance has convened its 3rd AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Baisakh 7, 2078.
Amid the challenging times of the COVID crisis, the insurance company had raised an insurance premium of Rs 88.43 crore, earned net profit of Rs 4.56 crore, accumulated Rs 6.23 crore in insurance fund, as per the media statement.
The AGM has elected Mr. Panu Dutta Paudel and Ms. Srijana Subedi as board members from the public shareholder group and Mr. Bishnu Prasad Nepal as the independent Expert BoD, as per the media statement.
