Agriculture Development Bank appoints NIBL Ace Capital as debenture registrar for its 9.42 arba worth Agriculture debenture

Agriculture Development Bank has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as debenture registrar for its Rs 6 Arba worth debentures with maturity of 8 years and Rs 3.42 Arba worth debentures with a maturity of 9 years.

The agreement regarding the same was signed between Chief Finance Officer of the bank Mr. Prem Kumar Shrestha, Senior Branch head Mr. Umesh Panjiyar, Deputy CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Mekh Bahadur Thapa, and Assistant GM Mr. Sachindra Dhungana on Aswin 20, 2078.

The bank aims to make a massive investment into the agro sector of the nation so as to modernize the agro output, as per the media statement.
