Agriculture Development Bank 12th AGM to be held on 15th Chaitra; 21.053% dividend to be endorsed

Agriculture Development Bank Limited (ADBL) published an AGM announcement regarding its 12^th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on 15^th Chaitra, 2075 (29th March, 2019) at bank's Kendriya Talim Pratishthan, Bode, Bhaktapur from 11:00 AM onwards.

The major topic of discussion will be the company’s decision to offer 6% bonus shares to its shareholders and 15.053% cash dividend to general shareholders and 6% cash dividend of share capital to irredeemable preference shareholders. The company has proposed to provide authority to the BOD to make any amendments in the MoA and regulations.

Other agendas of the meeting includes, election of 3 Public directors representing group (Kha). 

For the purpose of the meeting the shareholders register book of the bank will remain closed on Fagun 16, 2075 i.e the shareholders holding the shares of the bank till Falgun 15, 2075 can claim for dividend and participate in the AGM.

Currently the last trading price of ADBL is trading at Rs 330 per unit.
