Agricultural Development Bank Distributed Cash Dividends Directly to Shareholders' Bank Accounts

Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) has distributed an 11% cash dividend directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders.
The bank convened its 16th AGM on 14th Chaitra and endorse a 13% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 1000th meeting of the Board of Directors (BoD) held on Poush 26 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 13.18 Arba. 2% bonus shares and an 11% cash dividend were proposed. Furthermore, the company has also decided to distribute a 6% cash dividend for Irredeemable Non-cumulative Preference Shares. The same 11% cash dividend is now distributed.
All the shareholders are informed about the amount deposited through IPS in the bank accounts of the updated shareholders. Shareholders who have not updated their Beneficiary Account (BOID No.), Bank Account, and PAN No. are requested to update as soon as possible.
Additionally, suppose eligible investors had taken a loan against the shares of the company before the book closure date. In that case, they should present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution to receive the dividend.
