Agricultural Development Bank Distributed 2% Bonus Shares to Demat Accounts of Shareholders

Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) has distributed 2% bonus shares directly to the DEMAT account of its shareholders respectively and urged them to dematerialize their shares.
The bank convened its 16th AGM on 14th Chaitra and endorse a 13% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 1000th meeting of the Board of Directors (BoD) held on Poush 26 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 13.18 Arba. 2% bonus shares and an 11% cash dividend were proposed. Furthermore, the company has also decided to distribute a 6% cash dividend for Irredeemable Non-cumulative Preference Shares.
The same bonus dividend is now deposited to Demat accounts.
