Agricultural Development Bank Decides Not To Distribute Dividend For FY 2079/80

Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) has announced that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.
The 1078th Board Meeting of ADBL held on Magh 25, 2080 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2079/80. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
ADBL closed at Rs. 242.00 yesterday.
