The Annual General Meeting of Unilever Nepal Limited was held virtually on Tuesday, 1st December 2020 considering the current pandemic and in compliance with the notice of the Government of Nepal issued against the gathering of people.
The shareholders have unanimously approved the distribution of NPR 100 Per share as a dividend for FY 2076/77. Thus, the NPR 100 per share dividend has been confirmed and unanimously approved by the shareholders of the company.
As of writing, the last trading day's close-price of the company is Rs. 21,200 per share.
