AGM of Ngadi Group Power postponed due to Corona Virus epidemic; Meeting postponed till futher notice

Ngadi Group Power (NGPL) was going to convene its 6th AGM on Falgun 27, 2076 at Amritbhog Caterers, Kalikasthan, Dillibajar, Kathmandu from 10 AM onwards. However, due to the ongoing COVID (Corona Virus) epidemic, the AGM has been postponed until further notice.
The Board Meeting held on Falgun 22, 2076 has decided to postpone the meeting. The proposed agendas for the meeting were:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
- Approval of audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of auditor for 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
- Approval of 10% cash dividend worth Rs 5.35 crore including tax amount.
The book closure is on Falgun 15, 2076. The shareholders maintained on Falgun 14, 2076 (Wednesday) will be eligible to attend the AGM and claim the dividend.
