After successful merger with Trilok Laghubitta, Trading of Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha will soon resume in NEPSE

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published notice regarding listing of  shares of Trilok Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited which was in merger process with Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBS) at 100: 97 swap ratio. 

Trilok Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited was not listed in NEPSE before, whereas, Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha was a listed company in NEPSE. The joint transaction of both institution after the merger process was commenced from 10th Fagun, 2076 in the name of Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. 

In total 5,91,239.25 units of Trilok Laghbubitta is listed in NEPSE in the name of Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. Now, the trading will resume soon in NEPSE.
