After successful acquisition of City Express Finance, Nepal Investment Bank (NIB) to commence joint transaction from Magh 11

After a successful acquisition of City Express Finance Limited, Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIB) will commence the joint transaction in the name of Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIB).

Publishing a notice today, the bank has informed that the joint transaction will begin from Magh 11, 2077. Similarly, the registered head office will be located at Durbarmarg, Kathmandu.

Nepal Investment Bank Limited and City Express Finance Company Limited had both organized their SGM on Ashwin 28, i.e. October 14, 2020 to discuss and initiate the merger-related procedures. The Office of the Company Registrar had approved the acquisition on Poush 03 and SEBON had shown the green flag on Poush 10. With this, NIB has acquired the finance company in a share swap ratio of 100:30.
