After 3 days of continuous rise, NEPSE faced slight correction of 10.13 points to close at 1326.53 levels; total turnover stood Rs 1.078 arba

After three days of consecutive gain, profit booking led market corrected slightly to close at 1326.53 levels today. The overall volatility was limited to 24.49 points, in which it made high and low of 1343.59 points and 1319.1 points respectively. At the end, the benchmark index lost minimal 10.13 points or 0.76% and closed at 1326.53 levels. The turnover amount stood at Rs.1.078 Arba achieved through trade of 2,977,706 units of shares traded through 19,541 transactions trading scrips of 179 listed companies in the process.

Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) posted the highest turnover of almost 24% of the total turnover of NEPSE of Rs 25.57 Crore, followed by Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC) Rs 7.14 crore turnover.  The highest share traded and number of transactions stood of NRIC only of  501,457 shares and 9527 times with LTP at Rs. 508 per share. 

Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (SLBS) hit 10% positive circuit, gaining 72 points with LTP of Rs 801 per share, which is followed by Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd (ALBSL) 7.54% rise. In the losers side, Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited (TRH) lost most, falling Rs 15 per scrip to close at Rs 200 per share.   

Sensitive Index lost 2.64 points and closed at 279.95 points while Float Index fell 0.78 points and closed at 92.82 points.

In context of the individual sector indices, other than the Trading and Mutual fund, all 10 sectors closed at red today which is led by Hotels 2.72%.
