Adhikhola Laghubitta to merge with Dhaulagiri Laghubitta; Trading halted in NEPSE

Adhikhola Laghuubitta Bittiya Sanstha (AKBSL) has signed MoU with Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the merger. Following the announcement, the trading of AKBSL has been halted in NEPSE.
AKBSL is located in Syanja District, Bhirkot-01, whereas Dhaulagiri Laghubitta is located in Baglung-02.
Dhaulagiri Laghubitta hasn't been listed in the NEPSE. Whereas. AKBSL LTP in NEPSE stood Rs 474 as on 2nd Poush, 2019.
