Adhikhola Laghubitta (AKBSL) Proposes 31.58% Dividend for FY 2078/79

Adhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AKBSL) has proposed a 31.58% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The 165th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 08 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 11.90 crores. 30% bonus shares worth Rs 3.57 crores and 1.58% cash dividend (tax purpose) worth Rs 18.78 lakhs have been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

Adhikhola Laghubitta and CYC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (CYCL) decided to go on a merger with each other and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Ashad 22, 2079.

Last year, AKBSL distributed a 20% dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2077/78.
