Adarsha Laghubitta Proposes 21.05% Dividend Worth Rs 43.57 Lakhs for FY 2078/79

Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ADLB) has proposed a 21.05% dividend worth Rs. 43.57 lakhs for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 18 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 2.07 crores. 20% bonus shares and 1.05% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are a little over Rs. 41.40 lakhs and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 2.17 lakhs.

This is the first-ever dividend proposed by the company.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
