Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ADARSHA) had issued 67,000 units shares worth Rs. 67 lakhs shares to the general public as a part of their Initial Public Offering (IPO) from Ashad 01 till Ashad 05, 2079.
Out of the offered 67,000 units; 0.5% of the issued capital i.e. 1,035 units were for the employees of the company and 5% of the total offered shares to the general public i.e. 3,350 units had been set aside for the mutual funds. The remaining 62,615 units were for the general public.
BOK Capital Limited was appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. Interested people were required to apply for a minimum of 10 units and they can apply for a maximum of 1000 shares.
According data presented by CDSC, 18,07,124 applicants have applied for a total of 2,02,50,980 units worth Rs. 2.02 Arba. Thus, the IPO was oversubscribed by more than 323.42 times in terms of number of units through ordinary applicants as of the closing day.
