Abhijit K.C. Appointed Acting CEO of Crest Micro Life Insurance

Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited has appointed its Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Abhijit K.C., as the company's Acting Chief Executive Officer.

The decision was made during the company’s 48th Board of Directors meeting held on Shrawan 18, 2083. His appointment follows a suspension letter issued by the regulatory body, the Nepal Insurance Authority (Nepal Beema Pradhikaran), on Ashadh 1, 2083 BS regarding the previous Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. K.C. officially takes charge as the Acting CEO effective from Shrawan 18, 2083. The company has formally communicated this executive management change to key market regulators, including the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the Office of the Company Registrar, and CDS & Clearing Limited.
