Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta has appointed Sunrise Capital as issue manager to float its 1.80 lakh unit ordinary shares to the general public.
The MoU was signed between the CEO of the laghubitta Mr. Saugat Bir Chaudhary and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Bijay Lal Shrestha amid a program.
