Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta shares listed on NEPSE after successful merger; Open price range is set as Rs 448.07 for the first transactions

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the listing of shares of Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ACLBSL).

As per the notice; 26,34,480 units shares of Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ACLBSL) have been listed in NEPSE after a successful merger between Aarambha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited for regular trading. 

The Open Price Range is set as Rs 448.07 for the First Transactions.

Aarambha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AMFI) and Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CHLBS) after the successful merger has commenced its joint transaction in the name of Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited on Ashad 22, 2077. Similarly, the registered head office is located at Ward no 10, Banepa, Bagmati Province. The swap ratio has been established at the ratio of 1:1.
