Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta and Deurali Laghubitta Commencing Joint Operation From Kartik 30

After a successful acquisition, Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta and Deurali Laghubitta are commencing their joint operation. The joint operation will be carried out in the name of Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited from 30th Kartik, 2078.

The companies made a final agreement of acquisition on Chaitra 09, 2077. Nepal Rastra Bank approved the acquisition of Deurali Laghubitta on Kartik 01. Thus, the companies will now commence the joint operation.

The company will now have the registered office in Banepa-10.
