Aakash Capital Limited Conducts 5th AGM, Appoints New Directors

Aakash Capital Limited conducted its fifth annual general meeting on Poush 29, 2080 (Sunday) at its main office located in Pulchowk, Lalitpur.

During the meeting, the Board of Directors presented the financial report for the fiscal year 2079/80, which included discussions on profits and losses, cash flow, and other financial details. The company also approved the appointment of auditors and determined their remuneration.

Furthermore, under a Special Proposal under the Company Act of 2063, Mr. Damodar Khanal and Mr. Shailendra Nath have been selected as new directors, with Dipendra Karki appointed as an advisor. The revised board of directors now comprises Mr. Ankur Agrawal, Mr. Rachit Agrawal, Mr. Damodar Khanal, and Mr. Shailendra Nath.
