Aakash Capital has concluded its 4th AGM on Poush 29, 2079 under the leadership of its chairman.
Apart from endorsing all the financial reports of the previous fiscal year, the AGM has also given a green signal for the formation of merger committee so as to carry out the merger / acquisition work with any suitable institution, as per the media statement.
