Aakash Capital Concludes 7th Annual General Meeting

Aakash Capital Limited (ACL) successfully concluded its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, 27th Poush 2082, at its registered office in Pulchowk, Lalitpur. The meeting commenced at 11:00 AM with shareholders representing 52 percent of the company’s total shareholding in attendance.

During the AGM, shareholders approved the Annual Report and the audited financial statements for FY 2081/082. The meeting also appointed the statutory auditor for FY 2082/083. Under the special agenda, the Board of Directors was authorized to proceed with the search for a strategic partner for potential mergers and acquisitions.
