Aadhikhola Laghubitta Distributed 30% Bonus Shares Directly to Shareholders' DEMAT Account

Aadhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AKBSL) has distributed 30% bonus shares directly to the DEMAT accounts of its shareholders. The company has urged its shareholders to dematerialize its shares.
The company convened its 6th AGM on 13th Magh, 2079. The company endorsed a 31.58% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The same bonus shares are now deposited to Demat accounts.
Note that the bonus shares are already listed in NEPSE.
Shareholders are urged to dematerialize their shares at Global Ime Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu.
