A gentle reminder: Last day to clinch 46.5% bonus and 23.5% cash of Swabalamban Laghubitta

Swabalamban has announced the book closure from tomorrow for its Annual General Meeting on Poush 27 in Kathmandu. It means that only those who already hold the shares of the company by this afternoon would be entitled to the bonus shares, plus cash dividend.

The company has stated that its 13th AGM will endorse 46.5 percent bonus shares plus 23.5 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
