91,48,822.02 shares of Srijana Finance Limited are now listed as the shares of Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL).

Citizens Bank and Srijana Finance signed the final agreement for the acquisition of the latter by the former on Jestha 11, 2078. The companies signed a final acquisition agreement where the bank acquired the finance company in the share swap ratio of 100:95.

Thus, the shares of the finance company are now relisted under the commercial bank's name. As of writing, CZBIL has an LTP of Rs. 300.
