9,05,512 unit promoter shares of Laxmi Bank now can be tradable under public share category

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has made 9,05,512.45 units promoter shares of Laxmi Bank Limited tradable under public shares category. The decision to convert the promoter shares to public shares was already approved by SEBON, Nepal Rastra Bank and company AGM.
The new promoter and public shareholders ratio of Laxmi Bank Limited now is 51:49.
