9 Percent Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2089 ( NSBD98 ) Listed on NEPSE

On Tuesday, i.e., 2080/06/16 an agreement between Nepal SBI Bank ( SBI ) and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) was penned for listing of 9 Percent ( SBI ) Debenture 2089 ( NSBD98 ).

Following the agreement 14,18,366 units are being listed at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit.

The trading of the shares are expected to begin from Wednesday.

NMB Capital Limited was the issue manager. On the 14th of Ashwin, 2080 the stocks were listed on NEPSE in line with the existing laws.

As the name suggests, the "9% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2089" has a maturity period of 10 years and will yield 9% annual returns to unit holders till its date of maturity.
