9% Bonus Shares of Sanima Bank Limited Listed In NEPSE

1,12,14,103.55 unit bonus shares of Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 19th AGM on 2nd Kartik, 2080, and endorsed a 14.7% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 9% bonus shares and a 5.7% cash dividend were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 12.46 Arba.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
SANIMA closed at Rs. 249.00 yesterday.
