"8.5% Prabhu Bank Debenture 2087" Listed in NEPSE

"8.5% Prabhu Bank Debenture 2087" has now been listed in NEPSE.

The debenture was allotted on 31st Jestha, 2078. Prabhu Bank Limited closed the issue of "8.5% Prabhu Bank Debenture 2087" on 26th Jestha, 2078. The issue opened on 11th Jestha. Since the debenture wasn't fully subscribed by its early closing date, the issue was extended till Jestha 26.

The total issue was for 40,00,000 units, with each unit having a par value of Rs. 1,000. While 24 lakh units were to be subscribed via private placement, 16 lakh units were offered to the general public, including a 5% quota for mutual funds. Investors could apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of 10,00,000 units.

As the name suggests, the debenture has a maturity period of 10 years and will mature in the year 2087. The debenture will yield an 8.5% annual return for unitholders.

The units of "8.5% Prabhu Bank Debenture 2087" can be traded from tomorrow.
