"8.5% NMB Rinpatra 2087/2088" and "4% NMB Urja Rinpatra (Energy Bond) 2092/93" Now Listed in NEPSE

20,00,000 lakh units of "8.5% NMB Rinpatra 2087/2088" are now listed in NEPSE. The issue opened on 2nd Jestha and closed on 6th Jestha, 2078.

20,00,000 units were issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 12 lakh units of "8.5% NMB Rinpatra 2087/2088" were to be subscribed via private placement and the remaining 8 lakh units to the general public, with a 5% quota for mutual funds.

As the name suggests, the debenture will yield 8.5% annual returns to unitholders.

Similarly, "4% NMB Urja Rinpatra (Energy Bond) 2092/93" has also been listed in NEPSE. NMB Bank Limited had issued "4% NMB Urja Rinpatra (Energy Bond) 2092/93" from 9th Jestha to 13th Jestha, 2078.

The total issue was for 15,00,000 units, with each unit having a par value of Rs. 1,000. While 9,00,000 units were to be subscribed via private placement, 6,00,000 units were offered to the general public, including a 5% quota for mutual funds.

As the name suggests, the bond will yield 4% annual returns to unitholders.
