4,58,015 unit bonus shares of Green Development Bank Limited (GRDBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened it's 13th AGM on Poush 29, and endorsed a 8.46274% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 8.0396% bonus shares worth Rs 4.58 crores and a 0.42314% cash dividend (for tax) worth Rs 24.10 Lakhs. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
