7th AGM of Nepal Doorsanchar ; endorsing 47% cash dividend.

Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) is going to conduct  its 7th Annual General Meeting on 27th Chaitra. The AGM will be endorsing 47% percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year 2070/71.

The AGM will be held at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Tudikhel, Kathmandu, at 12 pm. The other agendas of the meeting are financial highlight 2070/71 and appointment of Chartered Accountant Mr. Narendra Bhattari as an auditor.

Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited has posted net profit of Rs.6.6 billion in its 2nd of the fiscal year 2071/72. The company’s total earning during this period stood at Rs 19.9 billion, which is up by 1.5 per cent compared to Rs 19.6 billion of the previous fiscal.

NT  in the last fiscal, had earned a total income of Rs 39.69 billion and its net profit stood at Rs 11.55 billion.
